Falck C&T continues as Safety Consulting & Technology
As of today, the name of our company has changed to Safety Consulting & Technology. This announcement provides further information about the acquisition and privatisation of our company, and explains what this means for you.
During the past 20 years, AVD-ICT, later Falck Consulting & Technology, has grown into a reliable and versatile partner for all organisations that are active in integral safety, fire response management, the contact & control room domain, crisis management and emergency response. We have been privileged to support you in optimally carrying out your work with our information and communication technology, expertise and a distinctive, personal service-oriented approach. We all share a common goal: to increase security within society as a whole.
Our ambition is to carry on expanding our services. To work with you to design, refine and integrate solutions for the safety sector and then back them up with excellent service. You can rely on us without question, in the same way that the public relies on you to provide safety services.
This privatisation will not noticeably affect our business relationship. The current employees of Falck Consulting & Technology will transfer to Safety Consulting & Technology, and work from the same location in Gorinchem. We will continue to use the existing name during a transitional period and aim to have switched fully to the new name – Safety Consulting & Technology – in all our communications during the next six months. You will also retain your existing contact person.
Safety Consulting & Technology will continue to offer consultancy and software products specifically for the contact & control room domain, Geographical Information System (GIS) solutions and Safety Portal customers. Falck Nederland retains the consultancy activities in the public sector and industrial market. Your contact person for the latter activities is Berthil van den Poll (+31 (0)655 70 3818).
